Meet the People Behind the Impact

Our Board of Directors

TAYLOR HUI

Philanthropist, positive body image advocate, model and actress, Taylor Hui founded the BeaYOUtiful Foundation at the age of 17. After being a victim of cyberbullying and having multiple friends suffer with mental health challenges, she knew a platform was needed to inspire girls to learn the importance of self-love. Today, the Foundation is Taylor’s greatest passion.

To further grow the charity’s impact, Taylor started The Roster Clothing Co. a women’s loungewear brand that donates back to BeaYOUtiful with every sale.

COMMUNITY

We center community in everything that we do. Through our events, programs, and charitable activities, we offer a supportive, empowering space for both young girls and mentors alike. Through partnerships, we value building effective, long-lasting relationships with local and national partners to foster a positive impact in the community. At BeaYOUtiful, we focus on creating a welcoming environment where everyone feels a sense of belonging and connection to those around them.

MENTORSHIP

We utilize the power of mentorship to make long-term sustainable impact. BeaYOUtiful brings together inspiring women who seek to empower with young girls looking for a positive role model. Through our programs and workshops, we instill the value of self-worth and support girls in their confidence journey by facilitating inspiring mentorship relationships between them and empowering women from their own community. Our goal through this mentorship is to build the next generation of confident young women.

EMPOWERMENT

We act as advocates for the empowerment of young girls and women across Canada. We are committed to facilitating engaging events and community programs that uplift and empower all who participate. Our goal through empowerment is to create a positive social impact and inspire young girls between 8 to 14 years old to believe in their one-of-a-kind power. We envision a generation of confident young women, who recognize their self-worth, and are inspired to become future, empowering leaders in their own communities.

SELF-WORTH

At the root of what we offer, our driving purpose is to ensure both the youth we reach and the mentors who volunteer with us, understand and embody their self-worth. Our goal is for each individual to learn tools and build a supportive community to uplift their self-esteem and build resiliency. We all deserve to take up space in every room, and to be treated with kindness and respect.
